What CAN'T I Help With?
Hardware
â I'm virtual, so canât fix things requiring a live pair of handsâŚbut can point you in the right direction
Internet Problems
â Some internet service issues are external and need to be handled by your Internet Service Provider (i.e. Charter, AT&T, Comcast, etc.)âI can tell you when this is the case
Programming
â I'm not a programmer, so not the best person to help with coding projects or questions. For a starting point, try looking for well-rated experts on Fiverr, Upwork, or People Per Hour.
Website
â While I can consult on your website from a tech perspective and talk "geek to your builder to help bridge gaps, I'm not a web developer or graphic designer so can't build your website
Marketing Tools & SEO
â The lines can be blurry here sometimes, but for the most part marketing tools aren't in my wheelhouse UNLESS you're looking to keep your email out of spam.
If you're looking for help with keeping your email out of spam, I'm your guy!
Excel
â I'm not a spreadsheet expert, so not the best person to help with this. Try looking for well-rated experts on Fiverr, Upwork, or People Per Hour.

Two options available: 3 hours per month and 5 hours per month (approximately $300-500 per month).

Get the same tools and training I give my private clients with The Guide's group format workshops and Q&As, and library of tech and productivity-focused tutorials, SOPs and checklists to help you run your business.
I give you the tools and the guidance, you and your team put it into action.
At $65 per month (less with annual), it's more cost-effective than working with me one-on-one.
