Sometimes. I’m virtual, so can’t fix things requiring a live pair of hands. I'm also in meetings a lot, and my workday ends around noon. So I'm not the best choice for an urgent fix. If you or your team need someone on-call that can react quickly, you're better off with a Managed Service Provider.

In some cases. Many internet service issues are external and need to be handled by your Internet Service Provider (i.e. Charter, AT&T, Comcast, etc.)—I can tell you when this is the case.
