TechMachete does its best in its pre-signup consultation call to make sure the client-vendor relationship is a fit for both parties. In the rare occasion we find there’s not a fit within the first 14 days of working together, we may opt to discontinue services and partially or fully refund the first month’s subscription payment in good faith, no hard feelings.
Beyond that, subscription services and pre-paid bookings reserve the vendor’s time and cannot be refunded due to non-performance / non-availability on the client’s part.Â
TechMachete's members-only content in The Guide gives access to proprietary information, tools and walkthroughs and is non-refundable, but can be canceled before the next annual billing date.
Access to all online content—whether purchased directly or as a part of 1:1 client services—is contingent on maintaining good payment standing. A failure to pay an installment for any program may result in the suspension or termination of your access to programs.
